Job summary

Village is seeking a friendly Reception Host to greet guests, guide them to self-check-in terminals, and help with any questions during their stay. You will play a key role in creating a vibrant, human welcome and a warm farewell.

We value attitude and energy over years of experience, and you will be supported with training to learn our systems while you bring your personality to life across the lobby, bar, and events areas.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience is great, but your attitude and energy matter more to us.
• You are naturally bubbly, adapt easily to different situations, and love chatting to people.

Responsibilities

• The Welcome: Owning the lobby and guiding guests to self-check-in terminals with a warm, friendly face.
• The Problem Solving: Diffuse tensions and resolve issues on the spot before they reach a manager.
• The Commercial Hustle: Upsell Food & Beverage, meetings and events to guests.
• The Operations: Maintain front-of-house standards, manage cash securely, and attend briefings.
