A leading game development studio in Liverpool is seeking a Realisation Designer to support the development of new project proposals and internal prototypes. The ideal candidate will have a versatile skill set in visual design and game development, demonstrating experience in gameplay-focused design. Responsibilities include creating visual assets, designing project identities, and working closely with Game Designers and Art Directors. The role emphasizes collaboration and adaptability, offering flexible working conditions and attractive benefits.
We are looking for a creative who thrives in the "white space" of early development and possesses a true "Game Jam" spirit to join our team as a Realisation Designer.
This role is designed for a creative generalist who thrives in the early stages of production, focusing on how visual design supports gameplay clarity, player readability, and the "moment-to-moment" experience across our console and PC titles.
