Job summary

Platform Housing Group is seeking a Repairs & Maintenance Scheduler in Worcester. You will coordinate real-time scheduling for a mobile workforce, matching multi-skill trades to jobs and ensuring repairs are completed right first time.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining smooth operations, and providing timely updates to customers, operatives, and the call centre. Based in Worcester, with on-site parking, you will support continuous service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience using scheduling or workforce management systems (e.g. DRS, Open Housing).
• Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to resolve queries professionally.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Real-time scheduling and coordinating repairs to ensure first-time fix quality.
• Central point of contact for customers, operatives and call centre to maintain workflow.
• Coordinate emergency and out-of-hours jobs with on-call operatives or subcontractors.
• Provide updates to customers and teams as needed to maintain satisfaction.
