Responsibilities

• Schedule all appointments for responsive and programmed works with qualified operatives.
• Plan repairs to complete on first visit where possible, understanding building processes.
• Manage trade staff schedules to maximize productivity.
• Ensure emergency orders meet statutory targets.
• Use IT systems to manage orders, variations and complex jobs, with accurate records.
• Monitor performance metrics and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain data accuracy and filing for service records.
