Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Repairs Scheduling Manager to lead a team of around 60 Repair Planners, Team Leaders and Planners, creating a high-performing environment where people can succeed and customers receive a seamless repairs service.

You will develop the ideal repair booking experience, build a centre of excellence for bookings, and collaborate with colleagues across Contact Centre, Digital and field teams to ensure the right operative with the right skills is assigned to resolve

Qualifications

• Has strong experience leading repairs scheduling or resource planning teams, ideally using dynamic scheduling systems.
• Is an inspirational, hands-on leader who can motivate, coach and develop first-line leaders and their teams.
• Builds strong relationships and works collaboratively with colleagues and senior stakeholders to identify problems, deliver change and drive service improvements.
• Leads by example, empowers others and is passionate about delivering results while improving the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of around 60 Repair Planners, Team Leaders and Planners to create a high-performing environment.
• Develop the 'ideal repair booking experience' and establish a centre of excellence for repairs bookings.
• Collaborate with Contact Centre, Digital and field-based teams to ensure the right operative with the necessary skills is assigned.
• Drive a consistent, efficient and customer-focused booking process and improve service delivery.
