Job title: Real Estate Solicitor

Location: Southampton

Salary: £65k-£75k - depending on experience

PQE Level: 3+

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

Our client is a highly respected Legal 500 and Chambers‑ranked firm with an outstanding reputation and an impressive portfolio of PLCs, household names, and major corporate clients. The firm is seeking to expand its Hampshire‑based real estate team. In this role, you will advise on a diverse range of transactions, including matters for investors, developers, and occupiers. Many of these transactions will have an international dimension, and you will regularly handle multi‑million‑pound deals for some of the country's largest investors. You will join a well‑established commercial property team comprised of high‑calibre lawyers who are collaborative, proactive, and enthusiastic about the firm's ambitious growth plans.
