A prestigious UK law firm is seeking a Senior Solicitor or Associate with 2+ years PQE to join its top-ranked Real Estate team, specialising in renewable energy transactions. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most innovative and high-profile renewables projects in Scotland and beyond.

The Role

You’ll be part of a dynamic team advising on:

• Property aspects of renewable energy developments (onshore/offshore wind, hydro, solar, battery storage, etc.)
• Complex title reviews, options and leases, and certificates of title
• High-value transactions involving developers, landowners, investors, and lenders
• Commercial development on rural land
• Collaborative work with London firms on cross‑jurisdictional deals

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support due diligence and asset transfers
• Manage property elements of renewables transactions
• Supervise junior team members
• Engage in business development and client relationship building

Ideal Candidate
