A leading law firm in London is looking for a Real Estate lawyer to join as a PSL / Knowledge Lawyer. This position aims to enhance the firm's extensive real estate practice by monitoring legal tech developments, participating in business development activities, and contributing to knowledge and innovation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a keen interest in legal technology, with flexibility in working arrangements, being available for either four or five days a week, at least two days in the office.
A great opportunity has arisen for a technically excellent Real Estate lawyer to make their mark as a PSL / Knowledge Lawyer at a major law firm.
The firm has one of the largest real estate teams in London, advising on a range of investment, development and asset management matters, and this role is key to the successful organisation and development of the team. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment alongside another PSL, the role includes monitoring legal tech developments, involvement in thought leadership and BD activities such as newsletters and client seminars, designing and delivering training, updating fee earners on legal developments, and contributing to firmwide knowledge and innovation projects.
You will be an experienced real estate lawyer with strong communication and organisational skills and a keen interest in legal technology. Some residential property experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
This role is available on either a four or five days a week basis, with at least two days a week being in the office.
