1. A driven, self-motivated, experienced Partner with considerable experience in the Kent market.
2. Ideally 10+ years PQE and a commitment to developing the regional practice, working closely with London and firm-wide teams.
3. A strong communicator and collaborator, with a demonstrated interest in driving growth.
4. Capable of leadership and experienced in team management.
