BCL Legal are working with a leading national law firm to help recruit an ambitious and dynamic Commercial Real Estate Partner to their Tier 1 team in Oxford.

The Real Estate team handles the full range of property matters including complex acquisitions, developments and lease negotiations. The firm's client base is broad and includes financial institutions, real estate investors and corporate occupiers, as well as public sector groups and charitable organisations.

The firm are now looking to recruit an experienced commercial real estate partner to help with the growth of the Oxford team with particular expertise in academia, charity property, landlord and tenant issues, and transactions involving land development.
