Job summary

Prezzo Trading LTD is seeking a shift leader and potential Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team in the United Kingdom. You will open and close the restaurant, supervise during busy services, and ensure guests experience our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll gain structured training to progress beyond the Assistant Manager level, develop leadership skills, and enjoy perks such as free meals on shift, birthdays off, and a staff discount on food.

Qualifications

• Hospitality pro with solid experience as a server or supervisor.
• Natural leader capable of guiding a team during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as part of a keyholder.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff- like cashing up and compliance- while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
