Prezzo is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to join our UK team. You will open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic on every shift.

You’ll also handle cashing up, stay compliant, and model front-and-centre leadership while learning the operational side of a successful restaurant. Perks include higher shift rates, free meals on shift, 50% off for you and your crew, and wellbeing support.

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you'll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
