Job summary

Prezzo Trading LTD in East Grinstead is seeking a shift-leading team member to join our restaurant. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close, mentor the team, and ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll handle cashing up, compliance and serve as a role model, while continuing to develop toward an Assistant Manager role through structured training and ongoing support. We offer a competitive hourly rate (£12.99–£13.50 when you move into shift leadership) with perks including free

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff- like cashing up and compliance- while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
