Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge front-of-house and management. You’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team during busy services when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll handle cashing up and compliance, while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team, bringing energy, reliability and a service-first mindset to every shift.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience as a server or supervisor.
• Confident to lead a team through busy services.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn operations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team during busy services when the GM is away.
• Ensure guests experience Hospitality Magic and oversee cashing up and compliance.
• Act as a front-and-centre role model for the team.

The Role
