Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts and bridge the gap between floor and management. You will open and close the restaurant, guide the team during busy services, and ensure guests enjoy the hospitality magic that Prezzo is known for.

The role offers a higher hourly rate when leading shifts, with perks like free meals on shift, a birthday off, and 50% off food for you and your crew. Training is provided to advance to Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor in busy environments.
• Ability to lead a team during high-volume shifts.
• Willingness to learn the operational side of a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away.
• Cashing up and ensuring compliance while remaining a role model.

The Role
