Prezzo Italian is looking for a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the floor and management, opening and closing the restaurant and leading the team during shifts.

As a keyholder, you’ll deliver Hospitality Magic, handle cashing up and compliance, and serve as a role model while learning the operational side for career progression.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff - like cashing up and compliance - while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
