Prezzo Italian in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the gap between the floor and management and to lead the team through busy service. Earn £12.99 per hour, rising to £13.50 when you work as Manager on Shift, with perks including free meals on shift and a birthday off.

As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, guide the team when the General Manager is away, and model hospitality excellence while handling cash and compliance tasks during frontline operations.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the "behind-the-scenes" stuff - like cashing up and compliance - while staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
