Prezzo Italian in the United Kingdom is seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to bridge the gap between the floor and management. You will be the heartbeat of the shift, open and close the restaurant, and lead the team when the GM is away, ensuring every guest experiences our Hospitality Magic.

You’ll master the behind-the-scenes tasks like cashing up and compliance while staying at the front as a role model for the team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality background with track record in service or supervisory roles.
• Able to lead a team through a busy service and maintain high standards.
• Keen to learn the operational side of a restaurant and develop towards higher roles.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and act as keyholder.
• Lead the team when the GM is away and ensure top guest experience.
• Handle cashing up and compliance while remaining a visible role model.

The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic."
