Job description
Planned Preventative Maintenance Engineer – Night Shift

In line with One Aldwych policies and procedures, provide a pro‑active and re‑active maintenance service to the guest bedrooms and all hotel areas, back of house and front of house under the guidance of the Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer, thus maintaining the hotel's systems and decorative order and appearance to the highest standards, on a 4 days on/ 4 days off shift pattern.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance activities in accordance with company and departmental standards in all areas of the hotel (guest bedrooms, public areas, and main plant/machinery).
  • Protect the hotel's assets, including uniform and company tools issued.
  • Be conversant with all maintenance department policies and procedures.
  • Understand all areas of operation, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by senior management.
  • Perform all duties professionally, promptly, and efficiently.
Requirements

Previous relevant experience is required.
