Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Rail Systems Lead Design Manager for the HS2 Track infrastructure project. The role is based in London or Birmingham and focuses on coordinating interfaces between Track systems, partners, and alliance members to deliver integrated design solutions.

You will lead spatial coordination, drive design governance and safety assurance, and manage multidisciplinary teams to meet Client requirements and milestones within a major rail programme.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical interfaces between Track systems, Main Works Contractors and Alliance members.
• Lead and manage spatial coordination of rail systems designs produced by partners and third parties.
• Chair and facilitate design coordination meetings, workshops and reviews with stakeholders.
