Responsibilities

• Assist the operations delivery manager in developing the possession plan.
• Attend key possession meetings and ensure all changes follow the formal process.
• Coordinate briefing packs, deliver possessions safely and efficiently.
• Maintain effective communication with the operations delivery manager and other stakeholders.
• Manage possession support staff and ensure safe access points.
• Oversee handover briefings between PICOPs and complete reports.
• Support weather-related activities during critical junctions and incident response.
