Are you a Head of Finance / Finance Manager with experience working for a small-medium enterprise?

Do you have experience with governance and legal responsibility?

Salary: £80,000 per annum.

Location: Remote Working - occasional travel to West London Office.

Role Details

You will be joining a SME railway specialist as the Head of Finance. In this role you will be responsible for accounting, expenditure, risk management and control processes. This includes overseeing cash management, completing financial statements, advising the board, producing monthly accounts, budgeting & forecasting, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts.

You will also be responsible for managing all company secretarial responsibilities and payroll with legal matters (e.g. Trademarks) insurances, pensions, payroll, etc.

Essential

• Head of Finance / Finance Manager with experience working for a small-medium enterprise.
• Experience with governance and legal responsibility, including company secretarial responsibilities.

Preferred

• Membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
