About the Company

Our client is a leading Tier One residential developer, renowned for delivering high-quality, design-led communities across London and the South East. With an extensive pipeline of large-scale mixed-use and residential projects, they are now seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a multi-phase development in Acton, West London.

Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be an integral part of an experienced commercial team, taking responsibility for the financial management of a range of internal and external packages from procurement through to final account. You'll play a key role in ensuring commercial objectives are met while maintaining the company's reputation for quality and value.

Responsibilities
  • Manage allocated packages (both internal and external) through the full project lifecycle - from procurement to final account.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, cost plans, valuations, and forecasts.
  • Assess subcontractor applications and variations, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Work closely with design, construction, and procurement teams to ensure commercial efficiency and value engineering opportunities.
  • Produce accurate cost reports and support senior commercial management in monthly reporting cycles.
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
