Qualifications

• Strong experience using MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Experience in construction, ideally within modular or off-site building environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost control, contract management, and financial oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support both pre- and post-contract activities to ensure projects are delivered profitably.
• Manage Sub-Contractor final accounts and prepare re-measurement reports.
