Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree and, ideally, be working towards or hold Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent).
• Have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or construction environment.
• Demonstrate experience delivering projects in one or more sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Retail, or Mixed-Use.
• Be confident managing commercial aspects of projects at their current level.
• Possess strong numerical, analytical, and client-facing skills.
• Be proactive, organised, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
