We are currently recruiting for some of Northern Ireland's leading Construction Contractors.

Graduate Disciplines
  • Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Private Housing - Belfast
  • Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Specialist Contracting - Co. Antrim
  • Graduate Quantity Surveyors - Residential - Co. Down
  • Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering - County Antrim

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor helping oversee the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor profit and loss and compile reports to show progress and identify risks.
  • Attend meetings with commercial managers, Senior QS and contractors/subcontractors and advise on any issues that may arise.
  • Record and monitor variations on the contract.
  • Cost forecasting.
  • Taking measurements.
Qualifications
  • Graduation or expected graduation this year with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related subject.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and improve effective internal and external relationships.
  • Full clean driving license.
