Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to manage various commercial aspects of projects from home. The ideal candidate will have experience with Drylining and managing multiple projects valued up to 2 million. Responsibilities include estimating costs and managing pre and post-contract tasks. This is a permanent position offering a salary range of £40,000 - £60,000, with flexibility for remote working.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in the role of Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
• Proven background in management of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of commercial aspects of project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of a project covering both pre and post contract.
• Estimate project costs as required.
• Travel to and from site as needed while working remotely.

This client is currently recruiting for an experienced QS / Estimator ideally with Drylining / suspended ceilings background. Management of 2-4 projects at any one time, values ranging from 200k up to 2million.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial aspects of a project covering both pre and post contract.
• Estimate as and when required (use of Causeway would be a distinct advantage).
• Travel to and from site but otherwise remote working is possible.

This is a permanent & an immediate need.
