Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing feasibility estimates, detailed cost plans, and Bills of Quantities.
  • Conducting accurate measurements and material take‑offs from drawings.
  • Managing tender processes, analysing returns, and recommending contractors.
  • Supporting procurement strategy and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Administering contracts, valuations, variations, and payment certificates.
  • Maintaining cost forecasts, budgets, and financial tracking throughout projects.
  • Producing regular cost reports, cashflow forecasts, and progress assessments.
  • Conducting site visits to verify works, assess valuations, and monitor performance.
  • Maintaining organised project records, documentation, and audit trails.
  • Identifying cost risks and opportunities, advising on value‑engineering solutions.
  • Preparing and negotiating final accounts with contractors and suppliers.
