Quantity Surveyor
You will take a leading role on one of the UK’s most significant rail infrastructure programmes, managing commercial delivery for major tunnel and civils packages. This is a chance to move beyond standard cost reporting and drive high‑value commercial strategy on a high‑profile scheme in London.
What you will need
- Valid right to work in the UK.
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or four years of equivalent industry experience.
- Essential experience in NEC contract management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for commercial reporting.
- Major project experience is essential for those applying at Senior level.

The work
- Lead the commercial management of complex sub‑contracts from initial tender through to final account.
- Produce accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts, and contract budget documentation for major civil works.
- Identify and manage contractual risks and opportunities to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Liaise directly with project management, engineering, and client teams to ensure full contract compliance.
- Maintain rigorous cost control and manage change control processes within a fast‑paced environment.

Where you will work
These roles are based across either Euston, North Acton, and West Ruislip. The working pattern is a fixed hybrid model of three days in the office and two days on site.
This is a permanent role.
