Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in façade, cladding or external envelope‑related surveying.
  • Strong technical, contractual, and commercial understanding.
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Full commercial and contractual responsibility for multiple envelope/cladding remediation projects.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, CVRs, and project cash flows.
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Negotiate contract terms and manage risk and cost exposure.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with project progress.

Skills

5+ years’ experience in façade, cladding or external envelope‑related surveying
Strong technical, contractual, and commercial understanding

Quantity Surveyor – Job Overview
