Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Flexible Working

Are you ready to take the lead on high‑profile residential projects and help shape the growth of a dynamic new business arm within an established main contractor?

Our client, a leading £350m turnover Main Contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering landmark schemes, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of a new division that will focus on large‑scale residential projects across the UK.

About the Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial lead on major developments, including a flagship 31‑storey Student Accommodation project, alongside a diverse pipeline of residential schemes. Reporting to a Commercial Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full range of pre‑ and post‑contract duties, supporting project delivery from procurement through to final account.
