Quantity Surveyor - Hotel Frameworks

Location: St Paul's, London
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Type: Permanent

Join a leading contractor delivering fast-paced nationwide hotel frameworks.

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of multiple hotel refresh and fit-out projects (average value £400k-£500k). You'll be the QS dealing directly with the client and managing day-to-day commercial aspects, with the support of a Managing Quantity Surveyor providing commercial oversight.

You will be office based 4 days a week, and, typically out on site 1 day a week.

• Manage variations, subcontractor accounts, and cost control
• Lead pre-start meetings and liaise with clients
• Deliver projects on time and within budget

What we're looking for

• HNC or above in Construction
• 4+ years' QS experience on fast-paced fit-out schemes
• Strong client-facing and commercial skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams
