Qualifications

• Previous experience of understanding training requirements and capable of implementation and delivery.
• Understanding of process, contract and curriculum requirements with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels due to international partner organisations.
• Ability to ensure a consistent application of processes across wider functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding and continued development of the Quality Function resource within Edgewing.
• Support Business Management Review in Edgewing HQ.
• Lead the development, creation and update of training/learning material.
• Analyze product quality and process effectiveness.
