Summary of Role

Update and maintain the Quality Management System.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Update and Maintain the Quality Management System and Procedures Manual in-line with BRCGS requirements and customers codes of Practice
  • Effectively manage the Quality System including HAACP, TACCP, VACCP & RSPO
  • Complete Risk assessments as and when required for QMS
  • Maintain Internal Audit System schedule and co-ordinate close out of the NCF’s to ensure they are closed out according the agreed timeframe
  • Close out any NCF’s that may relate to the QMS
  • Manage and co-ordinate Customer complaints system on site. Ensuring all customer complaints are closed out according to the agreed timeframe
  • Maintaining document control for the QMS
  • Close out customer audits/queries
  • Complete weekly KPI’S for the management meeting
  • Active member of the Technical Team and key member of co-ordinating customer audits
  • Setting up reporting and trending systems for Internal NCF’s, Supplier NCF’s, Customer Complaints, Root Cause Analysis etc
  • Co-Ordinate Monthly Quality Meetings, HACCP Meetings and Annual HACCP and AGM, record minutes and ensure minutes are closed out by the relevant parities
  • AOB requested by TM
