Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for quality issues, supporting and guiding project teams.
• Lead or assist with audits and inspections in line with ISO 9001:2015.
• Review and analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
• Help produce and maintain project quality documentation and reports.
• Support compliance with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain quality standards.
• Promote positive collaboration and continuous improvement across sites.

About You

• Naturally inquisitive, with an eye for detail and problem-solving.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• A good communicator who enjoys engaging with different teams.

Desirable (not essential)

• BTEC/HNC or equivalent in engineering.
• Experience in quality or engineering (rail/construction preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, Integrated Management Systems (IMS), and root cause analysis techniques.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
