Overview

27.5 hours per week. Quality Reporting Analyst to support the Shared Services Hub team delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service to our care homes and ready to take the lead in shaping the future of care. Care UK is an award‑winning private care company with over 160 care homes across the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support in day‑day maintenance and updating of spreadsheets and information systems.
  • Work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collate and distribute data and information from our services and external sources when appropriate.
  • Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.
  • Use your own initiative.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Adapt to changing environment and react to business‑critical requests appropriately.
Qualifications
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Good knowledge of creating spreadsheets within Excel.
  • Knowledge of gathering data and producing reports.
