Qualifications

• Proven management skills within quality or total quality management environment.
• Strong understanding of BRC & ISO9000 standards and driving quality procedures.
• Expertise in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Proficiency in using computerised statistical analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the quality management systems.
• Manage the customer complaint system for swift resolutions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of quality trends using statistical tools.
• Collaborate with suppliers on quality concerns.
• Oversee certification schedules including ISO9000 registration.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Quality Department.
