Are you a Quality Manager looking for a new role Are you confident in delivering Production and Systems Quality Management in a high volume manufacturing environment Are you looking for a role as a Quality Manager in a high performing production management team in a successful and growing manufacturing operation.

Kingscroft have been asked to recruit for a Quality Manager by a specialist manufacturing organisation. As the ideal candidate for the role you will be experienced in delivering and developing ISO 9001 in a production environment. You will be skilled at delivering customer satisfaction through improved product quality and be capable of investigating non-conformance to generate process change to drive performance and reduce waste and low quality output.

As the Quality Manager your role and responsibilities will involve :

  • Responsible for driving improvements in product quality and service levels to deliver excellent standards of customer care, with regular feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the introduction of best practice quality techniques at the shop-floor level such as standard work, quality alerts and mistake proofing. Key results must include a reduction in quality defects, damages and process errors for an overall reduction in the cost of poor quality.
  • Responsible for effective and timely response to any customer concerns raised.
