This role involves resolving complex quality challenges using 8D methodology, driving continuous improvement, and managing supplier quality issues. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in manufacturing and a solid understanding of quality engineering principles. Qualifications

• Several years experience in manufacturing processes.
• Must have sound understanding of the 8D process and tools used to help establish root cause.
• Track record of achievement within Quality Engineering.
• Ideally degree qualified or HNC in engineering or manufacturing discipline.
• Fully conversant with engineering and quality principles.
• Familiar with measuring and inspection equipment.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office.
• Strong statistical knowledge with advanced use of statistical software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians.
• Resolve complex quality issues using the 8D methodology.
• Champion continuous improvement by introducing new systems.
• Manage supplier-related quality challenges.
• Oversee PPAP and control plan creation.
