Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a quality or compliance role within food manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS Food Safety and HACCP (Level 3 preferred).
• Experience with UK retailers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the QMS in line with BRC and customer requirements.
• Lead the HACCP team and oversee internal audits.
• Investigate customer complaints and internal non-conformances.
• Manage allergen validations and produce quality reports.
