Are you an experienced Quality Assurance / QA Supervisor with a passion for driving continuous improvement and leading a team to success? We've partnered with a specialist family run food business who are experiencing phenomenal growth to find a talented Quality Assurance / QA Supervisor to join their team and champion their commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Champion a quality-first mindset across the entire organisation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing effective preventative measures.
  • Own quality control procedures, ensuring they align with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Manage audits and inspections, taking ownership of corrective actions and improvements.
  • Oversee all testing protocols, including microbiological and chemical schedules, and ensure complete traceability.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints with a professional and timely approach.
  • Assess and approve raw materials and equipment to guarantee they meet our stringent quality standards.
What We're Looking For

This is a Monday - Friday site-based role.
