Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Technical Quality Coach - Commercial to help maintain high standards in the DVSA’s Heavy Vehicle testing across a national operation. You will provide professional, customer-focused guidance and coaching to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent application of instructions and service improvements.

The role involves delivering QA checks, mentoring testers, analyzing data for trends and supporting ATFs to maintain high testing quality.

Aufgaben

• Deliver quality assurance checks across the Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme to ensure compliance with DVSA standards, policies and operating instructions.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical support to improve testing quality, consistency and competency.
• Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support appeals, complaints investigations, technical inspections and site suitability activities.
• Support the authorisation, review and ongoing suitability of Authorised Testing Facilities (ATFs), providing technical assurance and recommendations to support service delivery.
• Contribute to the Quality Centre of Excellence by promoting continuous improvement and service excellence.
