Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Technical Quality Coach - Commercial in Newcastle-upon-Tyne to uphold high standards in vehicle testing and compliance. You will provide professional, customer-focused guidance and coach testers across the DVSA network, driving quality assurance and service improvements.

Aufgaben

• Deliver quality assurance checks across the Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme to ensure compliance with DVSA standards, policies and operating instructions.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical support to improve testing quality, consistency and competency.
• Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support appeals, complaints investigations, technical inspections and site suitability activities.
• Support the authorisation, review and ongoing suitability of Authorised Testing Facilities (ATFs), providing technical assurance and recommendations to support service delivery.
• Contribute to the Quality Centre of Excellence by promoting continuous improvement and service excellence.
