A mental health charity in the UK seeks an experienced Quality and Practice Lead to enhance the quality of mental health services. The role involves professional leadership, quality assurance, and service improvement initiatives. Candidates should possess strong leadership and analytical skills, alongside a degree-level education. This is a full-time role with a salary range of £38,397 - £42,723.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Quality and Practice Lead to support our work to continuously improve the quality, safety, and efficacy of mental health services within Mental Health Matters (MHM). Providing practice leadership, this role will ensure that practices and decision making meet high standards of support, compliance, and satisfaction; working closely with our operational managers and National Clinical Lead.

MHM is a national charity with over 40 years of experience in delivering high-quality mental health and social care services. We work across England, from Northumberland to Plymouth, with a values-rich environment that supports and develops our workforce.
Location: Flexible (with travel) | Salary: £38,397 - £42,723 | Contract: Full-time, 12-month Fixed Term
Working alongside operational leaders and our National Clinical Lead, you will support operational quality assurance, reflective practice, co-production, and service improvement. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will shape practice, enhance outcomes, and ensure our services meet the highest standards.
