Job description
What we are looking for:
  • IT literate with high levels of word processing, database and spreadsheet skills.
  • Previous relevant administrative experience within a diverse organisation (ideally within the Education Sector)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use your own initiative and work independently.
Duties/responsibilities:
  • Undertake administrative duties, deal with calls, correspondence and visitors, liaise with all staff College-wide to progress the implementation of Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a comprehensive digital filing system within the Quality SharePoint
  • To be the first point of contact on dealing with students/external customers' feedback and maintain the tracking process.
  • Coordinate Lesson Visits and maintain the tracking process
  • Organise Audit cycles and partake in audit process of various quality assurance processes.
  • Work closely with HR and use the HR Systems for updating staff records in relation to staff development
