Join an exciting locum opportunity as a Qualified Social Worker within Liverpool’s Adults Hospital Team. This full-time, 12-week assignment allows you to make a meaningful impact on the care and well-being of adults, working in a hybrid model that balances hospital-based and remote working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex and varied caseload, exercising professional judgement in line with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Prepare reports, statements, and documentation for court proceedings, safeguarding adults and ensuring assessments comply with legal frameworks.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders, chairing meetings and ensuring support plans align with client needs.
  • Conduct direct work with service users and families, acting as a care navigator and fostering positive partnerships.
  • Devise and implement personalised support plans, regularly reviewing and adapting them to meet evolving needs.
  • Participate in out-of-hours rotas and mentor social work students where applicable.
