A trusted childcare organization in England is seeking a Nursery Practitioner for the Bright Horizons Englefield Green Day Nursery and Preschool. The role involves supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through engaging children in fun and educational activities. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years qualification and previous experience working with children. Benefits include childcare discounts and access to professional development programs.
Salary – £13.13 per annum (dependant on qualification / s and experience)

Our lovely 72-place setting is Ofsted rated 'Good' and features well‑resourced rooms, each one with direct access to their large garden and outdoor play area which the children can enjoy in all weathers for outdoor learning. The nursery is situated on the grounds of the Royal Holloway University, with free onsite parking, shops within walking distance and a short drive from Egham town centre.

Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day‑to‑day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
Ability to be flexible and adaptable
