A fantastic opportunity for a QSHE & Energy Business Partner / Quality Safety Health & Environment Advisor to support safety, quality, health, environmental and energy initiatives across multiple industrial sites in the Midlands and South England.

SALARY: Negotiable Depending on Experience + Benefits

LOCATION: Providing support throughout Yorkshire and the Northeast to cover a network of sites in Humber, Teesside & Newcastle

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a QSHE & Energy Business Partner / Quality Safety Health & Environment Advisor.

As a QSHE & Energy Business Partner / Quality Safety Health & Environment Advisor you will coordinate, support and advise the business on all aspects of Quality, Safety, Health, Environment and Energy, ensuring robust management systems and continuous improvement in standards.

The QSHE & Energy Business Partner / Quality Safety Health & Environment Advisor will help develop, implement and monitor management systems, audits and training, while promoting safe working practices across industrial operations.

As a successful candidate you will work collaboratively with an existing Business Partner, supporting sites across the Midlands, Southwest and Southeast.

DUTIES
  • Provide Expert Support: Offer advice and guidance to employees on all QSHE and Energy-related topics
  • Maintain Management Systems: Prepare, implement and maintain Integrated Management Systems documentation
  • Audit and Inspection: Plan, conduct and report on internal and supplier audits, including scaffolding inspections at height
  • Incident Management: Conduct / assist investigations, reporting and insurer liaison using the company’s Incident Management System
  • Performance Reporting: Analyse data, prepare KPI reports and identify improvement initiatives
  • Training and Awareness: Deliver QSHE-related training and update Course Training Packages
  • Collaboration: Partner with operational leaders to maintain compliance and drive cultural improvement
  • Risk Management: Support the development and review of risk assessments and control measures
  • Quality Assurance: Support Quality Plans, NCRs and CARs management, ensuring follow-up and closure
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience of working in an industrial environment such as scaffolding, thermal insulation or industrial painting
  • Knowledge of Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental and Energy management systems
  • Background in delivering audits, inspections, training and investigations
  • Ability to work at height and conduct on-site safety checks
  • Strong communication, planning and analytical skills
  • Competent IT user with good report writing ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
DESIRABLE
  • Professional membership of IOSH
  • Internal Auditor certification
