Responsibilities
- Ownership of Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, Radioprotection processes, systems and tools, and related reporting at Framatome Ltd and Group level.
- Development, management and continuous improvement of the overall Management System with process owners to ensure effectiveness of processes and procedures.
- Implementation of Nuclear Safety initiatives to maintain a strong nuclear safety culture across the organisation and flow down to supply partners.
- Implementation of group‑wide QHSE programmes (e.g., 5Top Killers).
- Assurance of management system development and maintenance of certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 19443) and customer‑based qualifications (eg. GQAS) and conduct internal and supplier audits.
- Providing the executive team and the board with advice and support to ensure regulatory compliance (eg. CDM).
- Work closely with the Supervising Technical Coordinator to integrate digital solutions with procedural and system requirements.
- Support the Integrated Management System (IMS) Manager in maintenance and administration of the IMS.
- Prepare and maintain QHSE reports and performance indicators for management review.
- Assist with document control, records management and version tracking of policies, procedures and technical documents.
- Coordinate audits (internal, external and regulatory) ensuring corrective and preventive actions are tracked and closed.
- Maintain records related to risk assessments, non‑conformances, safety inspections, incident investigations and training compliance.
- Maintain QHSE management databases and software; track training records and certifications for staff.
- Organise QHSE committee meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes.
- Provide general administrative support to the QHSE Managers and the wider team.
Qualifications
- Experience or qualifications in business administration, engineering, safety management or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in a support or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Desired Attributes
- Experience of developing and implementing processes and procedures.
- Auditor training (internal or external) desirable.
- NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent safety/environmental qualification advantageous.
