What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead & Develop the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Own Audits - internal, external, customer and certification (including BRC)
• Drive Improvements through non-conformance reporting and incident investigations
• Coach & Inspire a team of 10 across QA and Lab functions
• Be the Expert - confidently run BRC audits and manage customer complaint processes
